Student Absence Procedures - Best Practice

Please call the Safe Arrival Line to report an absence or a late arrival for your child(ren). 403-945-4149 Press 2

If your child is not going to attend school due to illness, an appointment, an event or for personal reasons, please call the school's attendance line 403-945-4149, Press 2, to let us know, as soon as possible.  The attendance line is available to leave a message 24/7.

Please leave your child's name, (spelling your child's last name is helpful), their teacher's name, the grade that they are in as well as the reason of absence.  If you know that your child is going to be absent more than one day please leave the expected return to school date as well.

Please do not send emails as there may delays in reading them.
