Lunch Program
We have had a few questions about lunchtime at Windsong Heights. Some of our students have asked, "Is there a cafeteria?" No, there is not.
Students will be eating lunch in their homeroom classes. At this point there is no hot lunch program. It is wonderful that many students will be close enough to walk home for lunch (with parent permission).
For those who do not walk home , we will have a "closed campus". For safety reasons we do not want students leaving the school grounds at lunch to go Cooper's Promenade, nor do we want to release hundreds of students into the neighbourhood.
